Two Arlington roommates hospitalized with gunshot wounds following an altercation

Arlington, Texas – An altercation between two roommates in Arlington resulted in a shooting incident.

Officers were sent to the 200 block of Hollandale Circle for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found two gunshot victims. They were transported to the hospital for treatment and, according to the latest information, one of them was listed in critical condition while the other one was in serious condition.

As part of the investigation, responding officers talked with the neighbors, who informed them that they heard the two roommates arguing first, and shortly after, shots were fired. Based on the neighbors’ testimonies, authorities determined the men shot at each other.

Authorities said there is no danger to the general public. The result of the inquiry will establish whether or not charges will be filed.
