U.S. Marshals and the Garland police are still looking for the teenager accused of killing three teenagers at a Garland gas station in December
Garland, TX – Garland police is asking the public’s help in locating the 14-year-old suspect accused of killing three teenagers at a Garland gas station in a shooting incident that took place in December.
U.S. Marshals and the local Garland police are working together to arrest the suspect identified as Abel Acosta.
The investigation about the case shows that Acosta allegedly targeted one of the teenagers in retaliation for an earlier incident.
At least one of the victims was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was at the gas station’s taqueria picking up food for his family.
The police added that the suspect’s father was the driver of the vehicle used to fled the scene after the fatal shooting incident. He faces murder charges.
The authorities said Acosta may have fled to another country, but they will continue the search.
