Overnight shooting in Dallas fatal for one person, local authorities investigating the case, report

Dallas, Texas – One person was killed in the Thursday night shooting that happened in Dallas apartment complex, police say.

According to the incident report, the deputies were dispatched at the Estancia Apartments near Audelia Road and Walnut Street at 10:35 p.m. on Thursday following a 911 call in regards to a shooting.

The police said that one of the neighbors reported the shooting.

When authorities arrived at the scene, the found one male victim suffering apparent gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police didn’t reveal the identity of the victim they only said it was male victim in his 50s.

Neighbors confirmed that the victim was their neighbor and he lived there for years.

The police don’t have suspects at this time and are working to determine what led to the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing. More details are expected in the upcoming days.
