Arlington’s Okinawa Asian Cuisine redefines all-you-can-eat with made-to-order sushi and hibachi served hot and fresh in a hygienic, full-service format

Arlington, Texas – In a recent episode of Arlington Eats, the spotlight was on Okinawa Asian Cuisine, a restaurant bringing a novel dining concept to Arlington. This new establishment, located at 1325 W. Interstate 20 #121, offers an all-you-can-eat experience that differentiates itself by serving made-to-order Japanese dishes, ranging from sushi to hibachi.

Ashley Chuk, the manager of Okinawa Asian Cuisine, detailed their unique approach during the show.

“We offer an all-you-can-eat option where customers can order everything on the menu, with limit ordering. They can try different dishes, and everything comes out hot and fresh,” said Ashley Chuk, manager of Okinawa Asian Cuisine.

Unlike traditional buffets where diners help themselves, at Okinawa, servers take orders and bring freshly prepared dishes straight to diners, ensuring a high level of hygiene and freshness.

The restaurant prides itself on its extensive menu, which features over 100 items including hot appetizers, soups, salads, sushi rolls, hibachi, teriyaki, noodles, and fried rice. Chuk emphasized the difference this ordering style makes, “It’s similar to a buffet, but instead of you going out to grab your food your server takes your order, and everything is brought to your table fresh and hot.”

Co-owner Long Chen added insight into their commitment to quality, “Every day in the morning, we prepare all the fresh cod, we make sure everything is fresh and hot when it’s served to the customer. If we have leftovers, we throw them away, we never reuse them.”

Okinawa has found its home in what Ashley Chuk calls “The American Dream City” – Arlington. The location was chosen after considering various options, primarily for its diverse community and supportive neighborhood. Chuk noted, “Our customers often refer their friends and family here, which has tremendously helped us grow.”

For those interested in visiting, Okinawa Asian Cuisine is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The all-you-can-eat menu is available at two different price points: $19.95 for lunch (Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and $29.95 for dinner. Additionally, there is an option for a regular menu with individual orders for those preferring a more conventional dining experience.

With its unique dining format and focus on freshness, Okinawa Asian Cuisine is making a name for itself among Arlington’s food enthusiasts looking for quality and variety in their meals.
