Fort Worth police investigating after dead body found in wooded area
Fort Worth, Texas – According to the Fort Worth police department, homicide investigators are looking into the fatal stabbing of a man who was 53 years old.
According to the website of the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, the body of the deceased individual, Michael Lynn Moss, was discovered on Friday in a wooded area located behind the Silver Horse Lounge, at 3300 E. Lancaster Ave.
Officers responded to the area behind the bar after being alerted by MedStar. Moss was declared dead at the scene.
The medical examiner determined that Moss died before 1 p.m. on Friday as a result of stab wounds to the head, neck, and body. As for now, no suspects were arrested.
