A murderer from Fort Worth has been sentenced to 15 years in prison as part of a plea agreement that brought an end to his trial yesterday.
Damorian Allen’s attorneys reportedly agreed to have him plead guilty to murder in exchange for a 15-year sentence while the jury was already deliberating on their decision.
In the year 2019, a man named Tony Austin was shot and killed in a wild gang gunfight that took place in the parking lot of a shop located on East Berry in east Fort Worth. Another individual was found guilty of his role in the gunfight and given a sentence of 14 years in prison two years ago.
