Two North Texas cities most attractive to renters
Irving, Texas – In the last year, there has been an increase in individuals from all over the country relocating to the North Texas region. Some relocated for jobs, while others relocated in order to increase the size of their families, while yet others relocated in order to get a lower rent.
Research conducted by Storage Cafe found that the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex was the leading metropolitan region in bringing in new tenants in 2021, with Irving and Lewisville ranking as the top two locations for net migration in the same year.
According to the experts, these cities were chosen by individuals for a variety of reasons. Location is one of the most appealing aspects of Irving. Despite the fact that Irving is less than five miles from downtown Dallas, there is enough to do for young people in Irving. Millennials made up about 57% of the people who moved to the Texas city, and 61% of them came from another state.
For those in search of recreational opportunities, Lewisville was a particularly attractive destination. Residents may enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, and picnics on Lake Lewisville.
