Shooting at Super 8 motel in Arlington results with two people shot and injured, hospitalized
Arlington, TX – Friday overnight shooting at the Super 8 motel in Arlington resulted with two people shot and damaged property, authorities confirmed.
According to the report, the shooting took place in the 2700 block of Abram St., near Highway 360 at the Super 8 motel.
Officers were dispatched at the scene following a 911 call in regards to a disturbance inside a room.
When first responders arrived at the scene, they found two people suffering apparent gunshot wounds. They were still alive when officer arrived at the motel.
They were transferred to hospital for treatment.
No information about their condition was given.
There is ongoing investigation about the incident and the police are actively looking for the shooting suspect.
Several guests were displaced after the shooting after police believe a bullet hit a water line, sending water into some rooms.
