Car wreck results with shooting, one man injured in Fort Bend, police report
Fort Bend, Texas – Friday car wreck developed in shooting and one person was injured in Fort Bend, police say.
According the authorities, the shooting incident took place on Friday around 3 p.m. near the intersection of Addicks Clodine Road and Beechnut Street, Fort Bend authorities said.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim suffering gunshot wounds in critical condition. He was immediately transferred to hospital for treatment and his condition remains critical.
The suspect that shot the man fled the shooting scene and is at large.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking drivers to seek alternate routes, as the investigation will result in traffic delays in the area.
