Tuesday night shooting in Dallas fatal for one person, another seriously injured, repot
Dallas, TX – Tuesday night shooting in Oak Cliff resulted with one person killed and another critically injured, authorities confirmed.
According to the incident report, the shooting took place around 9 p.m. on Tuesday and officers were dispatched outside a Party City store near Interstate 30 and Cockrell Hill Road.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found both victims, a man and a woman in their 20s.
According to the first responders, both were alive when they were found, suffering gunshot wounds and in critical condition.
The male victim was pronounced dead on his way to the hospital, while the female victim remains in critical condition.
As of now, police don’t have suspects in the case. The ongoing investigation should reveal what led to the shooting.
Investigators already started checking the nearby security cameras in an effort to identify the shooter(s).
Victims’ car is also missing and police have a reason to believe that the shooters fled the scene with their car.
No arrests have been made and no description of the suspects was released.
